The owner was very kind and called to remind us after we were late from the fireworks, so we didn’t miss it. The place is near the riverside path around the lake, with a nice view; we walked around the lake and reached a spot with a water lily tree. In the morning they provided sticky rice cakes, congee, bread, and fruit—very impressive.

“Wärmstens zu empfehlen!”

A beautiful, family‑run little teak house on the edge of Nan, right by the reservoir with views over rice and wheat fields. The location was very quiet, the rooms were lovely, the beds super comfortable, and the breakfast small but welcoming. Free bicycles were available and a tea/coffee station was always ready. I felt so comfortable I extended my stay. I’ll return. (Everything was excellent.)

“Parfait”

A flawless stay at this stunning wooden home! We loved our four‑night visit. The owners were extremely friendly, smiling and helpful. The rooms were very pleasant, the bed very comfortable, and everything we needed was there. We slept well. The house sits on the edge of fields and a small lake—beautiful and very quiet. The shared terrace, where we were almost always the only ones, was cozy and let us watch the sunset over the fields. Fruit and drinks (coffee, water) were available. We used bicycles to head into town, which was easy, and also to stroll along the river. A 7‑Eleven is about an 8‑10 minute walk (or 2 minutes by bike), plus various small restaurants and shops nearby. A café faces the hotel.

“Kommen wieder”

Wonderful accommodation with a view of the fields. The host was great. Bikes and a small breakfast were offered; we stayed there twice.
