The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything needed, but the beds were too firm for my comfort.

The location was convenient, but tap water was only hot or warm, no water for vending machines, the lobby felt very humid, and the door’s lock had been removed.
The rooms could have been cleaner, the faucet leaked in the bathroom if turned a certain way, some outlets in the living room didn’t work, and the hallways and the hotel smelled of marijuana the whole stay.
We only booked this hotel to get a shower. We lost our water and would not get it back for 4 days. Didn't sleep there but everything was clean. No elevator

I appreciated the shops and eateries close enough to walk to, but the blanket and bed were stained, which was gross.
