I liked the quiet setting and the excellent breakfast, but I wished there was a quiet corner where I could finish a bottle of wine.

The forest location offered peace, but the reception staff were distant and uninterested, never greeting me or helping with my luggage, and the young man and young woman seemed unhelpful.
Frühstück war sehr gut und wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt vom Personal. Was dort der wahnsinn ist ist die Ausstattung wie das Hotel und die Zimmer verbaut sind, das ist sensationell !!!
The location, the sauna, the breakfast, and the bed made for a good night's sleep, yet the whirlpool was out of service and only one sauna was available.

The hotel was aesthetically beautiful, parking was easy, and the location was nice, but the dog‑friendly policy did not exist. We were initially denied dining in the room, only receiving permission after persistent requests. We waited 15 minutes for someone to check us in, and the staff’s attitude was poor when they finally arrived. The room smelled strongly of perfume, which was unbearable and caused headaches and discomfort. We had to keep the window open, and smoke from an outside fire drifted in, accompanied by extremely loud Christmas music that prevented sleep. No one informed us about any of these issues, and at checkout we were offered a bottle of wine as an apology even though we said no to drinking. The restaurant food was mediocre, with salad that had brown edges and a distinctly rotten lemon. We really did not want to pay for the stay, and both of us fell ill after the breakfast buffet.
