Breakfast was good, the gym was great. Housekeeping was outstanding; all employees were extremely nice, and the manager is awesome!

“It was comforting”

We had two rooms in one, the staff were very polite and the place was clean, and breakfast was good. I kept telling the kids to walk slow because the bathroom door shook and was kinda loud, so I felt like we were going to get in trouble even though we weren’t doing anything.

“I would check to see if property has been updated”

I had a decent breakfast, although the bagels were a bit hard, but the rest of my stay was marred by some significant issues. The furniture was looking quite worn out, and I was not aware of the ongoing construction when I booked - if I had known, I might have chosen differently. To make matters worse, the construction work triggered the fire alarm, adding to the chaos.

“Daughter’s birthday party was a hit at our hotel room and pool”

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, and my family enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to ourselves - it was a lovely bonus that they provided life vests and goggles for the kids. However, the hot tub could use a good cleaning, as it looked a bit rusty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with some room for improvement.
