Everything was perfect—pool, room, breakfast, all exceptional, worthy of a 5‑star Palace. Everything was flawless.

I loved how we were welcomed upon arrival and taken up to the Level for check‑in.

The staff were attentive and even gave a small cake for a companion’s birthday, but the toilet was clogged and I never saw anyone cleaning the room, plus we weren’t allowed to take out trash for two days, which left me dissatisfied.

Dear Meliá Vinpearl Hue Team, I want to thank you for the wonderful stay I just experienced. From the moment I arrived everything was simply marvelous; the facilities and service were first‑rate, and the real highlight was your exceptional staff—every person I met was warm, attentive and committed to making my time in Huế special. Thank you for your heartfelt hospitality and the lovely memories; I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Vietnam. Warm regards, Jean Michel BISCAY.

The modern building, excellent hygiene, a stratospheric buffet breakfast, and staff who were kind and attentive to guests’ needs! The sky bar and pool were stunning.
