All of the front‑desk staff was excellent, the room was perfect, and it was five minutes down from where I needed to be so it was completely ideal, and the hotel had nothing that I disliked.

Location, but limited room service, hard to find staff when needed, no breakfast or food available other than instant soups, frozen meals, candy bars, etc.; I wish there were more options.

The place was pretty loud, so I couldn't get much rest.

The staff were friendly and the amenities were great; the kitchenette was awesome, though the shower head could have been better.
