A beautiful setting in a huge pre‑Communist villa with a stunning terrace view, a very rich breakfast, and a location on the edge of the historic centre yet still very quiet. The room had a very loud air‑conditioner that had to be turned off, but the staff handled it kindly; if the vents were truly open it could have been a problem.
A short walk from the city center, in a quiet area. The staff were pleasant. The room was too small, more suited for younger guests, and it was hard to get out of bed.

The staff were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was fantastic—an incredible selection of food and good coffee. The room was cramped, and the bigger issue was the air conditioner, which after a while started to whistle unpleasantly (making it unusable at night). Overall, the room did not match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
