Struttura nuova e ben curata, parcheggio interno, tutto pulito, bagno perfetto, materasso e cuscini ottimi, insonorizzazione insuperabile. Qualche mensola e un frigorifero più potente (che sicuramemte arriveranno). Le scale in grigliato non agevoli per chi indossa u a tacco 10. Tutto iil resto è veramente ok

I stayed at a newly renovated place that was fresh and tidy, and the host was spot‑on with communication. Getting to the property was a bit tricky in the dark if you don’t know exactly where it sits, but we knew it was on the state road.

The room was clean, attractive, had a small fridge, and the electronic lock was handy so you don’t risk losing keys while out.

“Ideale per soggiorni brevi”

The apartment was minimal, well‑kept, and spotless; the private parking was convenient, and the location was great for reaching Lido di Spina and Lido degli Estensi. Roberto was very friendly yet non‑intrusive, and I highly recommend it. Overall we were very satisfied, though I did feel the lack of a private balcony inside the room; it wasn’t very spacious, so a balcony would have given it more room to breathe, but nothing major. I’d also suggest adding a small basket in the bathroom for extra convenience.

“Confortevole soggiorno”

The place is welcoming, new, and clean; I’d give it a 10 if we had used the apartment just for sleeping or a midday nap. Using it as a base for a seaside holiday, it would have been useful to have a fridge suitable for storing drinks, water, and some fruit. Also there’s no way to hang swimsuits or beach towels in the outdoor area. Breakfast was a bit inconvenient at the marina. Getting onto Via Romea from the property was a little awkward because the view is limited with fast‑moving traffic.
