They told me the room was unavailable just because I booked the discounted rate on your website; I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after booking and they mocked me and my family at 12 am.

My stay was a pleasant one, thanks to the helpful staff and the delicious home-cooked meals that were served. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were also major highlights, making my time there truly enjoyable.

While the hotel's location and cleanliness were definite positives, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. The washroom toiletries were lacking, and the absence of a lift made navigating the hotel a bit of a challenge.
