This hotel seems to be declining for some reason. I stayed here last year and it was amazing. The rooms were great and the overall stay was really good, but this time the room I got looked like a Motel 6 room. It definitely wasn’t as nice as the last one I had.
The place was spotless and right on the map, but the room cost a lot.

The hotel feels pretty old‑fashioned and could really use a furnishings refresh, especially considering the price.
The front desk staff was helpful and fixed any problems that occurred. We checked into a room that smelled like mold. The carpet was wet and that caused the odor. I had to change rooms at 4 am.

Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Room service was great and very timely,. Need more staff working valet because everyone checked out about the same time and the staff did a great job under prressure
