The front desk staff handled everything with great courtesy, the hotel’s vibe felt wonderful, and being right next to the bustling downtown area was ideal; having two convenience stores nearby also proved handy whenever something was needed, and the team I met on the floor at checkout treated me with the same friendly professionalism. I can’t think of any downside.
