“State alla larga da questo B&B”

The air‑conditioning works, but the B&B is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, and Valeria, the owner, is as friendly as she is dishonest. I can’t find anything positive about this place: the room is tiny, badly furnished, the lamps are dim, the outlets are all detached and dangerous, everything is very old, the chairs, bed, and furniture are all dated, the sheets are stained, worn, and over‑used; the room door is glass, offering zero privacy. The bathroom is barely decent—dirty, hair everywhere, the shower is all silicone, the handles are discoloured, the towels are dreadful, the drain smells perpetually bad, the toilet brush and bidet look unclean for months, everything is stained; there is no welcome kit, nothing at all. The “breakfast” is a disgrace, set up in the hallway at the entrance, with zero hygiene, exposed, consisting of one croissant per person, a coffee capsule, milk, and juice that is at least two days old, and the containers are so dirty you can’t see through them. Regarding breakfast, reading other reviews shows the lady doesn’t bring it for various excuses: in our case she didn’t bring it because the car was stolen from the father and she couldn’t get the croissants; other guests two days later said that car was stolen from the partner (first from the father in the morning, then from the partner in the afternoon???) I cannot tolerate the owner’s deceit! This place is as far from courtesy, passion, and care as a serious owner can be. It’s all true! Stay away!

The location is central, but it lacks air‑conditioning, the towels are heavily used, breakfast is sparse and unsuitable for those with intolerances, even though the lady was willing to help.

“Pessimo”

I booked a room at this B&B to break an 800‑km trip. It was very hard to find the place because it has no sign. I called the reference phone repeatedly and the lady wasn’t there, but a staff member was, and I couldn’t get his number to know where to go. After 20 minutes this staff member finally left the building to meet me. As soon as I arrived he photographed my ID, which is illegal. When I entered the room there was a bad smell, the bed had no fresh sheets—there were hair, a piece of brown… I hope it wasn’t poop. The bathroom also had hair on the floor and in the drawers. A B&B should be simple but CLEAN. I told the owner about the conditions. She was very annoyed and told me that you paid 55 and you couldn’t expect a five‑star service. I complained and she was very aggressive, raised her voice, and I left immediately to avoid repercussions. I notified the booking operator and the lady on the phone said, “I won’t put you in another place, you can go away, you idiot.” I was stunned and left. I’ve never met such rude and aggressive hosts. I’m attaching the few photos I could take before I left to avoid more confrontation.
