I booked this place but when I got there at midnight the room wasn’t even reserved. They never told me about a booking fee and the staff didn’t bother to call me back to explain what went wrong. The elevator was a nightmare, too, and the whole building looked run‑down. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was clean and comfy, and everything else was fine. I had a smooth stay overall.

The service was awful—no one answered the phone, the place was dirty, and the staff just didn’t communicate. It was a real let‑down.

The location is solid—just a short walk to Beijing Road, opposite Tianhe City mall, and the subway is right across the street. They even helped me with a package. But the lift was a disaster: dusty, shared with other floors, and the whole thing looked old. The room itself wasn’t very clean either.
