Everything was super nice overall. The staff were very friendly. The food was good, but not enough if you’re very hungry. However, the aperitif platter was nice. The parking next to the building is perfect and free for hotel guests. The wellness area was very nice, but the massages are too expensive for me—125 euros for 50 minutes is just too much.

The stay at Hotel Concordia in Livigno was flawless in every way! From the welcome to the services, the room to the spa, and even breakfast: everything was handled with meticulous care, offering a level of quality and customer attention that is truly rare. A special thanks to the reception staff, especially Claire, who kindly and professionally allowed us to check in despite arriving late at night, beyond the usual hours. That kind of welcome really makes a difference! The free parking included in the stay is incredibly convenient, especially since the hotel is located right in the center on a street subject to ZTL, so having parking available is a huge advantage. The second‑floor room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, featuring a king‑size bed and a huge shower in the bathroom. Nothing was missing: from the welcome cocktail and chocolates in the room to the always available water. Even the smallest details were handled with care. Towels, bathrobes, and slippers for the spa were always clean and fragrant, showing a great commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. A special mention for the laundry service: we received our clothes washed and cleaned in just a few hours, a truly efficient and appreciated service. The spa is another highlight of the property: Turkish bath, sauna, and heated indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the stay. And what about breakfast? Impeccable! A rich buffet with many varieties of cakes and pastries, plus a wide selection of savory items: local cured meats and cheeses, meatballs, bacon, fresh bread, and much more. What struck us most was the staff: always prepared, attentive, and ready to greet us each morning with a smile.

The location is excellent for visiting Livigno, and the spa is nice.

The wellness area was lovely, small but beautiful, and we could also eat inside or outside. Breakfast was good and the welcome was nice. We didn’t have a balcony in the room and the bar service was a bit late.
