We were first assigned a 2nd‑floor room accessed by stairs, but the staff swapped it for a different one when we asked at check‑in. The room was fine until late that night when the toilet barely, slowly, and scarily started emptying, almost overflowing. Thankfully the neighbor left before 5 am, so we could use their bathroom until we checked out. That room, and several others, were smoking rooms and left a very strong residual odor, but we managed to shower again before leaving.

It was okay, but the bed had hair from previous guests and there was an old towel with hair on it.
