Chăm sóc khách hàng kém, k hỗ trợ khách khi khách có nhu cầu check out sớm. Tiện nghi phòng thì k có nước uống, máy sấy, thang máy chỉ có lên k có xuống, ổ điện cx k thực sự quá tiện. Xung quanh ăn uống k quá tiện, phải đi bộ mấy trăm mét mới nhiều cửa hàng ăn uống
