The location was easily reachable, especially if you’re on a road trip. At arrival the place was closed; after a long drive we had to wait outside until someone opened it. The kitchen was also closed. Our room faced a main road, so we had a lot of traffic noise. There was no air conditioning, making the room very stuffy in summer. The hotel felt very old‑fashioned and left a shabby impression. A shared mini‑fridge in the hallway was turned off.

We arrived after a night‑time drive at 09:00 and were able to check in immediately and go to our room, which made us very happy; we could rest for a few hours.

The hosts were very friendly and made you feel right at home instantly. The menu was small and simple, but my Cordon Bleu was really good.
