We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Steps Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring Rome so easy and enjoyable. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding hospitality, especially from Tomas! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests. People like Tomas are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience! The hotel itself was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located, but it was the warmth and hospitality that made the biggest difference. A special thank you to Tomas for making our visit to Rome even more memorable! Steps Hotel is lucky to have someone like him. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again❤️🇮🇹
