Ana, who runs the breakfast, was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, and the front desk staff were just as courteous. The room itself could have used a quick check before we arrived – we found the towel supply and toilet paper a bit lacking, and the pillows felt cheap.

The front desk team was genuinely helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. Breakfast was tasty, though I wish they'd offered scrambled eggs and pão de queijo.

My room was quiet and well‑situated, plus there was a little patio right next to it where I could eat, and the coffee‑area downstairs even let me microwave meals. Breakfast was solid, though the shower was sluggish to warm up before it finally settled.

The room was spotless, breezy and comfy, and the pool was clean though too cold to use. Breakfast featured fresh items and was tasty, except I missed the cheese bread. On the downside, the parking is a bit of a trek, we ended up parking right in front, the minibar lacked water, and the curtains let in bright morning light.
