The rooms were nice, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The pool, gym and the always‑open lounge were convenient, yet the happy‑hour menu grew increasingly ordinary, and on holidays the crowd was large while the food was disappointing—no warm dishes and nothing fancy at all.
It’s not worth the price.

The hotel is very pretty, especially the common areas; the room is average and the bathroom could be better, but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very kind; when we had a room issue, reception resolved it quickly. The location is convenient, being in Gangnam near the main shopping street. The rooms could be improved, especially the bathrooms, but overall they are welcoming and comfortable.
