The washlet in the toilet was broken.

For some reason the room wasn’t marked as non‑smoking, but they quickly brought in an air purifier; the cafeteria staff, especially the women, greeted us nicely. The reservation wasn’t correctly communicated, so the room wasn’t non‑smoking.
