The shuttle service didn’t run during mid‑day; we arrived at the airport at 1:30 and there was no shuttle, and we were never informed of this shortcoming, so we had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel, which was disappointing.

“It was fine and worked in a last minute booking pinch. Would probably look elsewhere in the future.”

The staff were friendly and a Lyft could be arranged to the airport without trouble, but the elevator was sometimes broken and the TV in the room didn’t work. The breakfast floor was sticky everywhere, though the food itself was okay. There were almost no other amenities, and the price felt high for what was offered.
