The owners are very helpful and communicative. The food is excellent, breakfast includes fresh fruit and eggs on request. The bar is available in the evening even outside restaurant hours. It’s a quiet place. The restaurant is only open two days a week and there’s no other dining option within walking distance.

We loved the seclusion, the hosts’ friendliness, and the incredibly fresh, tasty breakfast as well as the dinner served three times a week – you simply have to eat there; the rooms were great with fantastic views, and from the meadow you could hike, bike, stroll or just relax.

The family‑run alpine lodge has so much charm, the owners are wonderfully kind, the whole atmosphere was super relaxed, and the location is breathtakingly beautiful! The breakfast and dinner were amazing!
