“Struttura totalmente inaffidabile. Sconsigliatissimo!!!”
Nothing good, after a fully successful booking, payment, and confirmation from the property itself, they denied us accommodation. I arrived the evening before, already traveling, without a place to rest and sleep. I booked this hotel on 18 September, already traveling with a stopover at a beautiful luxury hotel in San Diego. After booking, paying, and receiving the official confirmation, I later received a message saying they had no available rooms and could not host me. When I asked how this was possible since the room was available at booking, I received no adequate reply. They even asked me to cancel the reservation (I had a penalty equal to the full amount). I pointed out that if they denied me after a proper booking and payment, they should cancel and refund immediately. They sent a message asking me to give them a WhatsApp number to attempt the refund. I suspected I was being tricked. Meanwhile I looked for another hotel in the area, but all available and cheaper options were already full at the time of this booking; I had to spend the night at the San Diego hotel instead of enjoying the stay with my boyfriend, glued to my phone to request a refund and then having to pay more for a hotel that didn’t suit me. The problem is that after the official booking confirmation, we can no longer rely on having a place to stay, which makes traveling uneasy. And if I hadn’t found a place to sleep? Being already traveling, I couldn’t change the destination. It was unpleasant and stressful. I strongly advise against this property, which claims room availability and sends confirmation, then later messages saying it’s not true and there are no rooms. Moreover, I strongly advise against it for requesting refunds via WhatsApp instead of the official booking channel. In 30 years as a user, this never happened before!
I loved the Nobhubo, but the breakfast was not very accessible or practical, and it was included.

It’s a simple yet very pretty and cozy place with a great price‑quality ratio; the facilities look beautiful, the room is clean, it’s next to the main road which is very convenient, and the staff are very friendly. I have no complaints; it delivers exactly what the ads promise.
The bed was super comfortable.
The room and bathroom were very clean, the place was quiet, and it was excellent for resting.
