Breakfast was solid, but the location was just average. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and room service was spot on. On the downside, there was no shuttle—had to hunt for a taxi myself. The room didn't let in much light and you couldn't see outside. The bed felt too firm, and the furniture and decor fell short of what you'd expect from a higher rating. By Western standards it's a 3‑star, in Afghanistan a 4‑star, but definitely not a 5‑star place.
