“excelente estancia y servicio!!”
The staff were always friendly and attentive, and inside the hotel there was zero noise, giving us a perfect rest. I liked everything.

This boutique hotel is lovely and in a spot that’s easy to walk to all the main sites and restaurants in Cholula. The staff are kind and go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area for nighttime views. Cholula also has one of our favorite city markets. Overall, a great 4‑night stay. However, if you have mobility issues, let the hotel know ahead of time because some rooms have bathrooms up a flight of stairs.

We were greeted with a smile by lovely staff, and the room was beautiful with great facilities. The breakfast was good and a wonderful violinist made our first morning special. The location is excellent, just a short walk to markets, restaurants and the Zócalo.

The hotel looks great and the staff are very attentive. In truth, everything is fine; I would just mention that I wish they offered a bit more complimentary bottled water.
