The location is amazing, the staff are very polite and helpful, transport is very easy, everything is within walking distance. The breakfast! You won’t go hungry but you have to grab it quickly 😁

“Leider schlechte Erfahrungen”

The location is top. We had the Private Suite. Very spacious. The beds are not really beds, but a pulled‑out couch and a large fabric bed on which mattresses were laid, definitely not suitable for the bedroom bed. One day there was no water from 09:00 am because of maintenance and we weren’t informed beforehand. If we had stayed longer we wouldn’t have been able to relax. The toilet is in a tiny niche and you’re not allowed to put toilet paper in it because of clogging risk 😏 that was very uncomfortable, especially since the toilet was in the bathroom. The dishwasher was broken, couldn’t be used. Kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close, the dishes and kitchen surface felt sticky. The light in the fridge was broken. Breakfast was fine, but not outstanding (you have to eat in the room, but we didn’t find that annoying). The labeling for the apartment itself was rather poor. We had to contact the operator by phone, who was rather unfriendly and told us to read the email (written in English). If someone doesn’t understand English, that’s bad. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not worth 3 stars.

We loved the lift and been in the centre of everything, but so quiet inside u would never know it. if u like waking up to horses walking down outside your accommodation in the morning this is the place to be. Nothing really its self check in after a certain time of day. so make sure u check mail for key codes

“Overall had an excellent stay, will be back with friends!”

The spot is spot-on, just a few steps to everything; it takes only 3 minutes on foot to reach stephanplatz underground, and after 3 stops you’re already at Wien Hbf, which I needed for my trip. Nothing to complain about.
