The staff were very pleasant and experienced with children, so we felt at ease; many other families were around, making it easy to relax. It was also nice that the hot spring could be used with small kids. The souvenirs and the alcohol vending machine were fun. The only downside was finding a dead insect on the window sash, which bothered us because the kids could touch it. That was the only issue.

The baby supplies were plentiful and the staff treated the children kindly, which was wonderful. The food was also superb. No particular complaints.

Everything was great, the staff were amazing and loved our room. We used a shuttle bus into the village, which made life so much easier with kids. The private bathing area was beautiful. It was well worth it, and I would stay again.
