“We found the property adequate, but a bit too difficult to access to make it a good stay.”

The place had an interesting backstory, having been owned by a sculptor with plenty of his art on display. The owner was helpful with information during our stay. The check‑in time was very limited, so watch out when booking. It was way too hard to climb with luggage, especially for us fit sixties‑somethings; I think it was 162 steps! The room was large but bland, and the bathroom was very outdated with cracked tiles.

“Beautiful Amalfi Apartment”

The balcony view was incredible, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Gianfranco was very hospitable and gave us great recommendations for our stay—definitely worth a visit.

The view was lovely, the room clean and well‑maintained, and the host very friendly and accommodating. Arriving with luggage was exhausting because of the many stairs.

The host Gianfranco is available, responsive and friendly. Sending a video for access to the accommodation is very helpful because the place is lost in the maze of alleys. He offers restaurant and activity recommendations tailored to your stay. I didn't get a view of the bay from my room, though other rooms do.

“Disappointed”

We were disappointed that the room had only a skylight and no windows, making it feel claustrophobic. The stairs to reach the bathroom were steep and especially risky at night. The entire hotel was full of stairs, which made moving around a real hassle. The price felt far too high for what we received.
