“Molto carino, ma andrebbe "rinfrescato"”

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima! Situato in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per per un fine settimana fuori se si vuole staccare la spina. Ben collegato con Teramo e altre strade principali. Selezione di yogurt, latte, caffè, granola, fette biscottate, marmellate e brioche varie per colazione. Vino, birra e altre bevande analcoliche a disposizione dal frigo per un piccolo supplemento. Aria condizionata, TV, tende abbastanza oscuranti, ideali se si hanno problemi a dormire con troppa luce! =) Molto carino anche l'esterno con ulivi, e salotto coperto sotto una veranda, accessibile tramite porte scorrevoli e dalla porta principale. Non abbiamo usato il WiFi, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di segnale. Il B&B è molto carino e situato in un'ottima zona. Sembra però un po' lasciato a sé, con mura che andrebbero riverniciate in alcune zone, termosifone nel bagno che sta arrugginendo, maniglia della porta d'entrata che si sta per staccare, imposte delle finestre con parti mancanti. Il miglioramento principale, però, sarebbe l'aggiunta di zanzariere per tenere a bada "coinquilini" indesiderati. =)

The bedding and towels were clean, and it was clear where the key was. The place was filthy everywhere with spider webs. The floor was not clean, the shower door was very dirty, and I had to wash all the cutlery first because it was dirty. The dishwasher was broken, apparently for a very long time, and the owner didn’t think it needed to be working. She also said there was no real kitchen, so there shouldn’t have been a dishwasher. There were a huge number of mosquitoes in the accommodation, literally a lot. Streaming services and TV channels weren’t working, even though you pay for them. The owner wanted to remove the spider webs after we left, but when we came back from a day out there was nothing cleaned. The stairs to the upper floor were dangerous; seven of the steps had loose plates. The bed was small, especially short. Hot water was sometimes on, sometimes off. We reached out and explained what was going on. We wanted to leave. The owner didn’t want to compensate and thought we were making it up. She compensated us, and we left after 2 days.

The apartment was well‑maintained and spacious. The owners were very helpful.

The owner’s welcome was very warm. The apartment was pleasant and roomy. The place was very quiet. The location was a bit out of the way.
