The first night the front office manager was so nice and helpful. It was great she was like that because I was going to have back surgery the next day and I was a wreck. She made it a little bit easier. The hotel was close to Cedar Sinai. Also was major plus. The lobby was closed so we had to go in through the side door. It was a tight fit going in with our luggage and the metal carrier

I had to change rooms because the place still needs a makeover and especially new windows; the traffic noise from the six-lane road next to the window was unbearable.

The rooms were clean and the location was good for the price, but the road noise was loud even on the fourth floor, far from the main street.
