The location was great, but there was only one lock on the main window that barely shut. The heater’s temperature control didn’t work properly. We couldn’t check in until 3:45 even though we asked for early arrival, and the staff was very rude.

Breakfast was fine, but the hotel feels old and could use an update.

The service and breakfast were solid, the room was quiet, and it was close to shops, the highway, and downtown.

We needed a roomy single queen room for our bike trip, and it fit the bill perfectly; it came with a table, sink, and a larger fridge, which was exactly what we required.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the water park was fun. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, and the room could use an update.
