The location is great, but the rest falls short. Check‑in and check‑out were problematic, staff assistance was lacking, Wi‑Fi was terrible, and there was a sale inside the bathroom box, making even showering a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast bothered me a lot because they gave the impression of a partnership that lets you eat at a nearby spot for a lower price, but in practice the place isn’t that close and the price isn’t better than what’s already charged, so I felt deceived.

The location was good, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired; there was a lingering odor in the room that didn’t go away even though I kept the window open all day. The fridge was noisy, and despite turning off the lights at the switch, a bulb stayed lit and was annoying at night, so I had to unscrew it. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower drain was clogged or inefficient, forcing me to turn off the water at times to prevent it from leaking outside.

The location is good and close to the main square. I wasn’t given the access code for the accommodation, so I spent over 30 minutes at the door trying to contact the staff to get the code. The water in room 201 didn’t heat up, so we had to take a cold shower.

“Basics could improve”

I was misled by the general photos and thought there was a shared kitchen for guests to use. Because I have a special diet, I usually prepare most of my meals, especially breakfast, so I only choose places with a shared kitchen. I was wrong—the kitchen was actually part of one of the rooms. The manager kindly gave me a kettle in my room during my stay so I could make my own coffee. There is nowhere in the hotel where we can get coffee or even water, not even a place to refill our bottles. There was also no indication if the tap water in the bathroom was safe to drink. Providing a free coffee and water station in the hotel or in the rooms would make guests much happier.
