The weekend of The Great North Run was available and the accommodation was clean, warm, and had plenty of hot water for a bath, plus the room was very large. I had misread the details and assumed there were cooking facilities because the fridge was prominent in the photos and plates and cutlery were provided; adding a tabletop induction hob would have been easy.

Spotlessly clean throughout, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. An air fryer or mini hob would have been useful.
