They claimed there was on‑site parking, but after paying for the room I tried to arrive and found the road shut off with no parking at the hotel, nor could I get close to it. The nearest parking was 700 m away. When I asked for a refund for the night because I couldn’t use the advertised parking, they denied it. Luckily I had a screenshot of their listing showing parking. They later updated the site to show no parking, so I had to get a refund from the booking platform after 21 calls and hours on the phone.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the building itself was charming.
