We had a terrible experience: a bottle of our perfume was stolen from our luggage while it was in the hotel’s waiting room before check‑in. When we asked the hotel to review security footage, they didn’t investigate or even reply to our email. We expected far better service and responsibility from the hotel.

The room was roomy and bright, the bathroom was huge, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a spot that was perfect for us. The room was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Getting the air conditioner to work was a little tricky, but we figured it out as a user issue. The free snacks and cold drinks that were waiting for us when we arrived were a nice touch. The toiletries were high quality. Vincenzo came within an hour with batteries for the in‑room safe and booked a taxi for us the morning we left for the airport. Absolutely would recommend!
