Hotel Casa Santa Lucía

The owner was very kind and helpful. The location and breakfast were good. The water was warm and the Wi‑Fi was decent. The beds take up a large portion of the room.

If possible, a higher rating would be deserved. First, two courteous front‑desk clerks welcomed us with wide smiles and were very helpful. They explained where to eat pizza and provided a pot of hot water for drinks. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice mattress and a homely feel. They let us put cold water in the fridge. The breakfast was very tasty. The place was very clean, parking was free, and overall it was a delightful stay. We had to leave after one night.

Everything was perfect. We added two extra days because we were so comfortable at the hotel, and Fredy organized two amazing tours for us—a jungle trek and a canyoning day. The staff were exceptional and always attended to every need. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the lively town center. Breakfast was delicious, served with smiles every morning, and it was the perfect start to each day.

“Très bon séjour à Baños avec personnel superbe”

The staff were super kind and attentive, and when we had a car issue they helped us right away; the breakfast was excellent, the parking was convenient, and the value for money was great. The room lacked a coat rack and felt a bit small.
