“My Honest Feedback.”

I liked the room decor and infotainment system overall. Morning breakfast was good, but adding nuts and more food options would help; the choices were decent but limited. The rooftop restobar was so-so, not very vibrant. Three major issues: 1) No bottled/mineral water in the room; when I called reception for bottled water they charged 150Rs for a normal Biseleri 20Rs bottle, and they didn’t mention this during the call. 2) No hand towels at check‑in, and after multiple calls they still didn’t provide them. 3) The dining restaurant menu had no fresh juice listed, so I asked the server for a fresh pineapple juice; they charged 400rs for a glass of only 150‑200ml, which felt too expensive, and the juice had a yellow food colour that made it look far from fresh.

“Excessive Noise and Low Service Standards.”

The luggage assistance team were courteous, helpful, and professional, which was one of the few bright spots of an otherwise disappointing stay. The stay at Orchid Hotel was disappointing because hallway noise was excessive late at night and early morning, with loud conversations and shouting from other guests unchecked, and housekeeping activities disturbed sleeping guests. Reception was inefficient, inflexible, and asked for information already provided. Overall, there was poor coordination, inadequate noise control, and a noticeable lack of empathy, respect, and genuine hospitality.

“Overall the stay and the staff were excellent”

Everything was excellent, except the guard by the pool was dumb and refused to attend to guests, ignoring us. I liked the room, the food at the restaurant, the ambience, the lobby area, and the bar.
