The host is a wonderful person, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean, as is everything around. The area is quiet, and the house is 300 m from the bus stop for Cagliari, which takes 20 minutes to reach the center

It isn’t just a cozy place, it feels like family. A warm welcome and a fond farewell, excellent availability, and a super convenient location. I stayed because a family member was hospitalized nearby, and this place made me feel at home, which was essential and unexpected. I recommend it; it has become my top spot in Monserrato. A special thanks to Maurizio and his wife, and a pat to their dog Nola, who is also a great hostess. Marco

The property is excellent: the rooms are immaculate and the location is very convenient, but what made the experience perfect was definitely Sabrina and Maurizio’s hospitality. The hosts are wonderful people with rare hospitality, and we felt like we were at lifelong friends’ homes! We recommend this accommodation 100 % and hope to return soon

I would have given more than 10 stars if possible! Lady Sabrina and her husband are exceptional, very friendly, kind, and welcoming. Staying with them feels like being in your own home. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, plus it has a lovely view of the courtyard. It’s also close to Cagliari’s center, what else could you want?
