“Water garden...hidden gem”

The fish pond and verandah at each bungalow were great, the on‑site massage was amazing, and dinner was delicious. However, the bed was hard and I needed a duvet/duana instead of just a sheet; I asked but the communication broke down, so I used the dry‑pool towel as an extra cover. The bathroom taps were cross‑plumbed, so to get a hot shower you had to turn the tap to full cold, which could be dangerous.

“Relaxing oasis”

We love returning to The Watergarden and the wonderful Sudi and staff; relaxing around the pool (we were often the only ones there) is such a peaceful way to enjoy some downtime. If we didn’t have to leave! :-)

The swimming pool got us clean fish and a pond. Dann froh and the chicken made noises all night. We booked a double, but according to the booking a host could have solved it easily; the host decided to play “dumb,” like it wasn’t in her power, etc. yeah yeah.

We’ve stayed at The Water Garden several times and the food is always exceptional, the staff very friendly, and nothing too much trouble. The gardens need some work and external maintenance in the pool area.

“Very recommended”

A heavenly place! The hotel is so pleasant you can spend entire days there. Detached bungalow cottages surrounded by a tropical garden, each with a wonderful koi pond in front of the terrace. Inside there’s a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, and a lovely, clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There’s a restaurant, not just for breakfast. If you stay a week, they offer a romantic dinner for free! On the property, there’s a swimming pool, a spa salon, and a diving center. Plenty of shops are nearby. This hotel is ideal. No complaints.
