I booked this place thinking it was a hotel, but it’s actually a hostel and they even label it as such, so calling it a hotel is misleading. There’s no staff to help; everything is self‑service. I stayed for two nights with my daughter and paid 4500, yet they didn’t even give us a bottle of water. Please avoid this property. I’ve been a regular at other places and expect a certain standard; this place falls short, so I strongly suggest removing it from your recommended list.

The location is good. The rooms are not at all like how you see in the photographs. I had the private room at the property. The bathroom had no basic toiletries to refresh. The hygiene of the room was not the best or confidence inspiring

The staff were friendly and the restrooms were clean. The dorm beds were so comfortable and cozy that I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. They’re wider and more comfortable than those at comparable competitors, and the overall environment is snug and promotes good sleep.
