WoodSpring Suites College Station

“Has potential to be good, but needs some major changes.”

The price was a plus, but the bathroom light was a motion sensor that would turn off while you showered, forcing you to wave your arm outside the curtain to reactivate it. The microfiber sheets were stained, there was no blanket, and the fridge was covered in rust and mold. The door stuck and you couldn't even get into your room until the light turned green. At the front desk, a security gate was lowered at night and stayed down until 9 am, giving the place a minimum‑security prison vibe.

The fact that the room came with a stove to cook food was a plus. The elevators barely worked, the noise from neighbors was constant, and the police were called every other day.

“Disappointed in accomodations, but front desk lady was GREAT!!!!”

The first room was dirty and the AC didn’t work; the second room was acceptable, but the AC was only mildly cold and made a horrible loud noise all night. Homeless people were in the parking lot, which was a little scary. The front desk lady was AWESOME, very friendly and helpful! The cleaner room had a smoke smell, and the person upstairs was so loud.

This place was gross. The room and sheets smelled, the sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept popping off to reveal the mattress with no cover. There were no blankets, just two very thin sheets. The furniture was broken.

They need a different type of cleaner; the lobby smells like a wet dog and feels stale. There were roaches. No comforters on the beds, only two thin sheets. I didn’t even stay the second night.
