When I booked the accommodation, I said I would arrive around 10 am, 11 am approximately, but when I got there they told me my check‑in was at 3 pm, which I didn’t accept because I was full of things and had a tour at 11:30, so I had to find another place. 😏

When I arrived, the room I’d booked in advance was already assigned to someone else, so I ended up without a room, which was awful and forced me to move to another hotel; the company fails to honor confirmed reservations.

The place is close to the center, Mega Plaza, and Plaza Vea, and the room was clean and comfortable, but on the day I stayed there were drilling noises from 6 pm to 8 pm.
