Very convenient: a table by each room’s balcony. Parking for cars is nearby. The night noise from the railway kept me from sleeping. They need face towels, not just bath towels.

We spent our holiday at the “Сімейнийі” hotel and left absolutely thrilled❤️❤️❤️! Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised that such a reasonable price delivers this level of comfort.🔥🔥🔥 The room was spotless, cozy, and tidy, with everything needed for a pleasant stay: a comfortable bed, bathroom, toilet, all thoughtfully arranged for guests. The grounds were well maintained, the atmosphere calm and enjoyable. The breakfasts deserve special mention😋🤤—they were not only delicious and filling but also beautifully presented. 🔥🔥🔥 It’s clear the owners really care and pour their heart into the business. The beach is about a 5‑7 minute walk at a relaxed pace. The beach itself is large and the sea clean. Nearby, there are spots to have lunch or dinner, and if you wish you can cook on the hotel premises. Huge thanks to owner Andriy for his hospitality and care! He greeted us, showed us around, and gave advice. It’s a pleasure when guests are treated with such attention. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! The owners were polite, the staff attentive. The food was tasty. The area was set up for a child’s relaxation, and the pool was clean. The room was spacious with air‑conditioning and a minibar. A big plus was the shared kitchen, which had two large fridges. The sea was about 5 minutes away, with shops, ice‑cream and drink stalls along the way, plus a few souvenir and clothing stalls.

The price‑quality ratio is great; for that price you probably won’t find better. It would be wonderful to stay with kids, and the food was liked (everything felt homemade). The only downside is that the sea is a bit far and a railway is close by. The food is tasty but limited; if something doesn’t suit your taste, you’ll have to eat elsewhere.

I really enjoyed staying at this family hotel. The location is excellent—just a few minutes on foot to the beach. We were welcomed, helped with our luggage, and immediately sensed the attentive care for guests. Everything was clean and cozy, and the presence of a summer kitchen where you can cook yourself was a big plus. Thanks for a good stay!
