This is a beautiful, historic hotel that’s well situated. The rooms are modern and lovely. The continental breakfast and coffee are great. I highly recommend it.

“Enjoyed the stay but a few things need to be addressed.”

Breakfast consisted only of pastries, and I can’t eat sugar‑based products, so it wasn’t very appealing. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no hair dryer, unlike other rooms I’ve stayed in before, and charging electronics was difficult because the outlet wasn’t near a workspace.

The town’s location is great and the room price is reasonable, but the room itself is poorly situated.

“A quiet comfortable stay in a great atmosphere. Wish we could've stayed longer.”

Comfortable and quiet. Amazing beautiful design. Feels like stepping back in time, but with modern conveniences. Breakfast items were a blessing with several to choose from. The stairs from front door to 2nd floor creaked. I was afraid it would bother other guests. Not a complaint, just a concern
