I enjoyed the free breakfast and found the staff exceptionally friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I had to wait for the room to be remade, which never happened, but the helpful staff and breakfast compensated for that.

“Ok.”

We were on floor 4, which was fine, except the elevator shook violently and made a crazy noise, so I only used it once before taking the stairs, which gave me a panic attack. We had to keep carrying items up and down four flights because the elevator is janky. The previous comment also mentioned that the place wasn’t as clean as I expected; the tub needs grout/caulk and looked dirty because it was so old, so a fresh coat would do wonders. Additionally, there was a carpet stain that looked like blood.

The weekend overnight was very noisy, with kids running up and down the hallway.

“Will definitely stay again on our next trip down.”

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was very comfortable. The coffee maker in the room stopped working after the first cup.
