The staff, food, room, baths, and views were exceptional; we used the free shuttle service and were greeted at the train station by the proprietress, who was incredibly friendly and sweet. I hope we can return!

The staff, food, onsens, and overall atmosphere were excellent; the shuttle service to the nearest train station was convenient. The dishes are tasty and generous, so you need to exercise restraint to avoid overeating—this is perhaps a positive problem.

I picked this spot because it’s near the Grand Seiko factory and it looked pretty nice. The staff were amazing, super helpful and accommodating. The food was great, and the onsen was great too. I wish I could live there—I liked everything about this place.
