The overall quietness in the hotel could have been due to only three of the many rooms being occupied; the hotel has great potential, for example the vehicle entrance could be paved. The 10 % discount for Booking Genius level 3 was added back to the bill as a 10 % service charge. The room was cold and the two oil radiators with very limited range were disconnected after cleaning. There was only one chair in the entire room. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom except Tork shampoo and soap, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Several items were left in the room after cleaning (nothing to say about the other three cleanings). There was no elevator, no evacuation plan in the room, no fridge, the restaurant closed at 8:45 PM, and the water cost four times the supermarket price.
