The TV in the room had no signal, which was frustrating. I also added room 1C, and its TV was unusable too. I hope they can fix this. The view I expected from the pictures was disappointing and far from what I saw online. It might have been nicer before.

The environment was fine, but the price didn’t match the quality, so an upgrade is warranted.

Only the view was interesting; the chalet looked awful. The bathroom was a nightmare: the toilet was too small, smelled bad, and the tap water was hard to wash with. The toilet mirror was grey, and the door had to be opened very gently or it wouldn’t close. The room was filthy, full of dust, and the bed, sheets, and pillows hadn’t been washed. The walls were dirty and disgusting. There were frogs everywhere, even in the selected room; they were as big as a hammer. The stairs to the room were very dark with no lights at all, so I had to bring my own. Service was slow, and when I arrived there was no front desk staff. I have no photos to share because everything was so disgusting. I couldn’t sleep, and the bed was dusty.

The location is pretty and close to the beach. The facilities were unsatisfactory; the room smelled like damp, which is not suitable for a short stay.
