The accessibility and quiet were positives, and the room amenities were good. However, the mattress was flat and uncomfortable, summer heat was intense with insufficient curtains and too much light, and the bath mat had not been washed.

I stayed in a very quiet spot, the fridge and kettle in the room were handy, and the connection to the city center was good; the owners were friendly and the place was tidy. The surroundings of the house were not nice at all, with a messy garden that ruined the view.

The staff were pleasant, the area was peaceful, and the room had everything needed; I strongly recommend it.

The spot is close to a tram stop and only 10 minutes from the center; the temperature was fine, the space was spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet; the fridge and coffee machine were great and the room had everything. The curtains were too short and let in too much light; the dust under the bed hadn't been cleaned; the bathtub drain could have been better cleaned; the blanket could have been a single double-sized one instead of two singles.
